This website is operated by Felix Holzmeister. I take the protection of your personal data
seriously and process data exclusively according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR).
2. Data Collection
This website does not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., by
contacting me via email).
3. Server Logs
My hosting provider may automatically collect technical data (IP address, browser type,
timestamps). This data is used strictly for security and operational purposes and is
automatically deleted according to the provider's retention policy. No analytics or tracking
tools are used.
4. Cookies
This website itself does not use cookies or any comparable tracking
technologies. The optional appointment booking widget (see 5.) is the only exception, and
it is loaded only if you actively choose to open it.
5. Appointment Booking
Meetings can optionally be booked via a widget provided by Cal.com, Inc. Nothing is
requested from Cal.com unless you actively click to open the booking widget — if you
do not open it, no data whatsoever is transmitted to Cal.com. Once opened, Cal.com may set
cookies and processes the details you enter (e.g., name, email address, and any notes) in
order to schedule the appointment and add it to my calendar; this processing is subject to
Cal.com's own privacy policy. You can always arrange a meeting by email instead.

This site contains links to external websites. I am not responsible for their privacy
practices or content.
7. Your Rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and
object to processing. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may contact
the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
